  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lb broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  2. Brown the sliced beef in batches until golden.
  3. Stir in beef broth, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil until dissolved.
  4. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Perform a quick pressure release when done.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; add to the pot to thicken the sauce.
  7. Switch back to 'Sauté,' add broccoli, and cook for 3 minutes (or 5 for frozen).
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
