- 3/4 teaspoons salt

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 13.5 oz coconut milk (400 mL; full fat works best)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
Instructions
- Sauté chopped onion in olive oil using the Instant Pot's sauté function until softened.
