Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced red onion, chopped banana peppers, grape tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
