- 32 oz marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions

- Cook the ziti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the sausage; drain excess fat.
