- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and garlic until well mixed.
- Return to medium heat and add the chopped bell pepper; cook until tender-crisp.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
