Ingredients
- 250g Dark chocolate
- 200g Milk chocolate
- 200g Butter or baking spread
- 150g Golden syrup
- 100g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken up)
- 75g Mini marshmallows (gelatine-free for vegetarians)
- 200g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper, greasing it lightly with butter.
- In a saucepan, melt together butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate over low heat. Once melted, cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until all ingredients are coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined tin, smoothing it down before adding the remaining chocolate.
- Top with extra Maltesers and refrigerate overnight or for 3-4 hours until set.
- Slice into pieces and store in an airtight container.
