- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (for searing)
