- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup of the pasta water.
- Toss the diced chicken with cornstarch, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
