Instructions

  2. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch together with salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk until pale; mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the pan; dollop marshmallow fluff on top and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until slightly wet when tested with a toothpick.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
