½ lb bow tie pasta
1 lb mild pork sausage
2 jars (26 oz each) spaghetti sauce
3 bags (8 oz each) shredded mozzarella cheese
6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 large onion, diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1 lb cooked ham, cubed
Sliced pepperoni (amount as desired)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, onion, garlic, and oregano until browned; drain excess grease.
Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom.
Layer one-third of the pasta, followed by one-third of the sauce, one bag of mozzarella cheese, and half of the sausage mixture.
Repeat with half of the remaining pasta and sauce, another bag of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cubed ham.
Add the final layer of pasta topped with remaining sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sliced pepperoni.
Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
