Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups diced apples
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1–2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz. cream cheese light
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup caramel topping (or more)
Instructions
- Cook diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Let cool.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter; press into the bottom of mason jars.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar, followed by the cooled apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
