  • 125 mls cream
  • 12 Tiramisu sponge fingers
  • 1/2 cup port or juice
  • 1 1/2 cups custard
  • 200 mls thickened cream
  • 400 grams mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jelly according to package instructions and chill until set.
  2. In small dessert dishes, layer the jelly mixture followed by whipped cream blended with jelly.
  3. Soak sponge fingers in port or juice and layer on top of the cream.
  4. Add custard layer followed by chopped berries.
  5. Top each trifle with whipped cream, a berry, and mint leaves for decoration.
