  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish; stir in garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over each triangle.
  5. Place halved pepperoni at the wide end of each triangle followed by mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the point and place them on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush remaining butter mixture on top of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
