Ingredients
- 16 string cheese (cut in half crosswise)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons milk
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
