- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), thinly sliced
- 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3–5 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and honey; stir well while scraping any bits from the pan.
- Add uncooked pasta; bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook pasta for about 10–12 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Return cooked steak to pan and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve hot with optional fresh parsley garnish.
