Description

Indulge in the delightful flavors of One-Pan Creamy Cajun Honey Garlic Steak Pasta, a dish that effortlessly marries the richness of steak with zesty Cajun spices and a hint of sweetness from honey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), thinly sliced
  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3–5 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and honey; stir well while scraping any bits from the pan.
  5. Add uncooked pasta; bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer.
  6. Cook pasta for about 10–12 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  7. Return cooked steak to pan and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Serve hot with optional fresh parsley garnish.
