- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (do not preheat yet).
- Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, unsalted butter, cream cheese, and crunchy peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
