  • 1 (16 oz) box rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 36 oz marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6 oz) package pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with Italian seasoning and garlic powder; drain excess grease.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, chopped pepperoni, diced bell pepper and onion, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish, bake for 15 minutes, add more cheese and pepperoni slices on top, then bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
