- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 20 slices pepperoni
- ⅓ cup salted butter (melted)
- Grated parmesan and Italian seasoning for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then spread pizza sauce evenly on top.
- Add five rows of four pepperoni slices over the sauce.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle with grated parmesan and Italian seasoning.
