Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (250g each)
- 100g pretzels
- 35g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp classic yellow mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the honey mustard sauce by mixing mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside.
- Crush pretzels into coarse crumbs using a food processor or zip-lock bag.
- Set up your breading station with shallow dishes: one for flour seasoned with half the spices, one for beaten eggs, and one for pretzel crumbs mixed with the remaining spices.
