- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups mashed overripe bananas
- 1/2 cup yogurt (or additional banana)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oil or water
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
