  • 1 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed overripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or additional banana)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oil or water
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add mashed bananas, yogurt, maple syrup, oil or water, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  5. Let cool before slicing.
