  • 2 oz butter
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a springform pan.
