Instructions

  1. Warm the milk to 110°F and stir in the yeast; let it sit until frothy.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and cubed butter in a bowl; mix until crumbly.
  3. Add the milk mixture, eggs, and food dye; mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic; let rise in a warm place until doubled.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with cinnamon filling before rolling tightly.
  6. Cut into rolls and let them rise again before baking at 375°F for about 25 minutes.
