- 2 heads cauliflower

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves and trim the stem from each cauliflower head. Cut each head in half lengthwise; then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.

- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
