Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Beat softened butter with sugars until fluffy; add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients until combined.
