- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 (8-ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage until crumbly (about 10 minutes). Drain excess grease and cool.
- Unroll one package of crescent rolls onto wax paper, pinching seams to form a sheet. Spread half of the cream cheese over it.
- Top with half of the cooked sausage and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Roll into a log using the wax paper for help, wrap in plastic wrap, and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Chill logs for at least 1 hour before slicing into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
