  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish with butter.
  2. Boil water with salt and Old Bay Seasoning. Cook shrimp for about 30 seconds until opaque, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar. Mix well and transfer to the casserole dish.
  4. Melt butter; stir in panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 13-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
