  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • Optional: soy sauce, sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture until well coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned shrimp for about 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise with sriracha and lime juice to create the spicy mayo.
