  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, cubed
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Sear the seasoned chicken thighs in olive oil until browned (4-5 minutes).
  2. Transfer the chicken to the slow cooker and mix with flour, thyme, rosemary, and salt.
  3. Add garlic, onion, carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, and bay leaf. Mix well.
