- 3/4 cup (150g) packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (135g) white chocolate chips, plus a few extra for garnish
- 1 cup (140g) dried cranberries, plus a few extra for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients.
