- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Perform stretch and folds every 20 minutes for an hour.
- Let the dough rise at room temperature for 3-4 hours until nearly doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it seam-side up in a floured banneton basket. Let it rise for another 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 460°F (238°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Score the dough and transfer it to the preheated Dutch oven. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Cool on a rack before slicing.
