Ingredients
- 1 pound Spicy Italian sausage (cooked and drained)
- 12 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 3/4 cups Freshly grated Mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 15 ounces Can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 3/4 cup Pepperoncinis (drained and diced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- Fresh chopped basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, diced tomatoes, Pepperoncinis, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until mixed well.
