  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped) or 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Spread half the marinara sauce in a baking dish; arrange stuffed shells on top and cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
