- 8–10 shrimp, deveined
- Assorted chopped vegetables (1.5 cups)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil (more as needed)
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- Marinate the steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for about 1 minute per side; remove from pan.
- Sauté vegetables in the same pan until tender (4–5 minutes).
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes).
- Return steak to the pan; mix in cooked noodles and pour in sauce. Toss until well-coated and heated through.
- Serve hot with green onions as garnish.
