Instructions

- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 8–10 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, red onion, sour cream, mayonnaise, Cotija cheese, chili powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
