  • 6 oz. sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (cold)
  • 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • 6 oz. Strawberry Jello
  • 1 ¼ cup boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles
  • Stars confetti

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter; press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water; stir in Greek yogurt and fold in blueberries. Pour over crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla; fold in whipped cream before spreading over blue layer.
  4. Prepare strawberry Jello, layer sliced strawberries on top, then pour Jello over them; refrigerate until set.
  5. Top with whipped cream and decorations before serving chilled.
