- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 8 ounces canned corn (drained)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 16 ounces Catalina dressing
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- Nacho Cheese Doritos (for topping)
Instructions
- Cook rotini in a large pot of boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
