  • 4860 frozen tater tots (16-oz bag)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced (green part only)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF and spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place 2-3 tater tots in mini muffin cups or 4-5 in regular-sized cups.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly crisp.
  4. Use a greased shot glass to press down in each cup to form spaces for filling.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Add cheese into each cup and bake for another 4-5 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with sour cream, bacon, and green onions before serving.
