  • 1/4 cup milk (as needed for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan by greasing it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, warm water (or coffee), oil, and vanilla until smooth.
