Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 or 9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in brown and granulated sugars until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking each until fully incorporated.
- Fold in sifted flour and a pinch of salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared tin, smoothing the top, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
