  • 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 3 slices ham
  • 1 slice salami
  • 1 slice cracked black pepper salami
  • 1 slice pepperoni
  • 1 slice turkey pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your toaster oven and toast the ciabatta roll halves until golden.
  2. Spread pesto on the top half and layer sun-dried tomatoes on the bottom half.
  3. Stack the meats (ham, salami types, pepperoni) on top of the tomatoes, then add mozzarella slices.
  4. Return just the bottom half to the toaster oven until cheese melts and meats are warmed.
  5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the top half over the filled bottom. Slice in half and serve warm.
