  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • 1 cup Trader Joe’s Gyoza Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until almost tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side and add the potstickers pleat-side up in a single layer.
  4. Fry the potstickers for about 3 minutes, then add a splash of water and cover with a lid to steam for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the gyoza dipping sauce and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately.
