Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until almost tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side and add the potstickers pleat-side up in a single layer.
- Fry the potstickers for about 3 minutes, then add a splash of water and cover with a lid to steam for another 3 minutes.
