  • 1 medium head cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 12 cups Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk in non-dairy milk until smooth.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange coated florets on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or air fry for 15–25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While cooking, mix sweet chili sauce with vegan mayo and sriracha if desired.
  6. Toss cooked cauliflower in the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
