- 1 medium head cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 1–2 cups Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk in non-dairy milk until smooth.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange coated florets on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or air fry for 15–25 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooking, mix sweet chili sauce with vegan mayo and sriracha if desired.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
