  • 3 tbsp organic all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Tuscan Marry Me Blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken or vegetable stock; bring to a simmer before adding cheese tortellini. Cook until tender.
  3. Whisk flour with some reserved broth; stir into the soup to thicken slightly.
  4. Mix in Tuscan seasoning and salt; ensure even flavor distribution.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, chopped kale, optional sweet peppers, tomato paste, and cherry tomatoes; heat through.
  6. Finish with fresh lemon juice and serve hot topped with parmesan cheese.
