  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
  • ⅔ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh minced parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and chicken bouillon.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken slices for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and crushed pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Return chicken to skillet along with drained spaghetti; toss to combine. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Adjust seasoning as desired and serve hot.
