- ⅓ cup neutral oil (such as avocado or grapeseed oil)
- 4 large flour (burrito-size) tortillas or whole-wheat wraps
- 2 romaine hearts, chopped (about 8 cups)
- 1 cup croutons, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
