Ingredients
- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding
- 2–1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1–1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and pudding mixes until blended. Gradually add cold milk and mix until smooth. Fold in 11-1/2 oz Cool Whip; reserve the remaining for topping.
- Spread a layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13 inch pan. Layer 5 graham crackers in the center, add a layer of pudding mixture, then top with strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat layering with another set of graham crackers, pudding, and berries until three layers are complete.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before serving.
