  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Instructions

  4. In the same pan, sauté shallots until softened, then deglaze with cognac.
  5. Add beef broth and boil until thickened; stir in heavy cream and parsley before serving over the steaks.
